After many years of struggling with it myself, I decided to take action.. I decided to really eradicate this condition, it was beginning to affect me so much that I was having to stop doing certain things that I wanted to do.
After spending a lot of money on fast 'remedies' that weren't actually getting to the bottom of things, I signed up on this site www.candida-yeast-diet and just took the plunge.. Since then I haven't had to deal with yeast infections, athletes foot or oral thrush.
Hallelujah!
I found out how to cure candida naturally... I want to share that with you as I was so fed up with yeast infections.. if you are looking for this.. you must be too.

Salad dressing recipe for candida
Using raw garlic on a daily basis will act as a natural antibiotic and will keep your intestines in good healthy order. Keep in mind that I live in the tropics, so you might want to cut your salt down in this. I suggest put a little in, and then create it to taste.
I enjoy this salad dressing almost every day it also keeps any other infections at bay too such as colds and flu.
Jo's salad dressing
3 or 4 large garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of soy or vegetable oil
a third of a teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
a third of a teaspoon of salt
one or two teaspoons of vinegar
Crush the garlic, add the other ingredients and stir around with a spoon.
It tastes delicious on a fresh garden salad or in my case, I use it on cucumber salad. Which is just cucumbers with the skin removed and sliced very thinly after removing the centre seed core. The cucumbers that I used aren't the same as the English one, they are Caribbean ones.. so I'm not sure how well that salad would work using English ones, but you could give it a go.
Let me know how you get on, it might be that you want to make adjustments to your salad and maybe leave out the hot pepper sauce and add honey and mustard or other seasonings.
