Rosemary is commercially available as essential oil, dried herbs and as a plant. If the climate of your region is termperate, rosemary is easy to grow.
If you prefer to use rosemary essential oil then I believe it's available at health food type stores such as Amazon or VitaminTree etc.

To benefit from essential oil, do the following:
- Drink 2 tbsps of apple cider vinegar per day with 1 drop of rosemary essential oil added. Apple cider vinegar has the effect of alkalining the intestine. You may prefer to add your apple cider vinegar to water to drink it.
Here is a recipe for rosemary tea that is also good if you have a cold, so keep it in your recipe arsenal.
2 x half inch long fresh ginger root slices
1 x 3 inch sprig of rosemary
1 x slice of orange
1 x clove
1/2 pint of boiled water
Allow all ingredients to steep in boiled water for five to ten minutes. Add honey to taste.
