Use Probiotics for Candida Albicans Relief

You know by now that I have a gripe against those big pharma companies who are regularly pulling the wool over our eyes. They want us to cough up our hard earned money on their chemical compounds, when all along nature has the answer for us when it comes to our Candida Albicans.

One of the approaches that I use with my candida is to take probiotics. You can buy multi-vitamins with added probiotics, this way you are killing two birds with one stone.

Otherwise, you can eat natural yoghurt (easy to make at home too) that has probiotics in it. Add yoghurt and you're making it even healthier. Yes, the Greeks knew something when they put that combination together. If you have Candida yeast mouth, click on the link for more info.

Honey is an antibacterial and that's why we drink it with lemon when we have colds or a sorethroat. You'll also find it in a lot of cough sweets or candies.

So, if you are feeling itchy and irritated down there and you want some relief, go ahead and buy some probiotics today. Start taking them and you'll feel a whole lot better.

Hey I'm Back to Blogging About Yeast Infections!

I've been gone along time but now I'm back... I'm ready to restart my blog about candida, yeast infections and all things thrushy!

I've had a lot going on at work and in my personal life. Yeast infections have featured, as usual - yes, sometimes I still do let them creep in when I'm not keeping to the best of diets and practices! Hey, we're all human though.

Other than that, all is well in my world, and I hope it is in yours too!

Over the next few weeks, I will be moving home, but I do intend to have some interesting little snippets for you about how to manage your candida albicans.

See you soon...
